The 'Transformers' actress - who split from fiance Brian Austin Green last month - was spotted cozying up to the 'Twilight' star at West Hollywood's Palihouse hotel.
Megan, 22, and Robert, also 22, were both staying at the hotel, and were spotted at the bar together on a subsequent evening.
It seems Megan has had a change of heart since last month's Oscars ceremony, where she snubbed Robert when he tried to approach her.
